I like Obama's new website. It is very imformative and is a good way to keep everyone up to date with his plans. It is written in a fashion that is not boring and easy to understand (bullet points!). It doesn't give you any fear of intimidation of government.
i like this new website i think that it puts me closer to obama. The website shares alot of things that i didnt know and they have a newroom in which you can see what other people think about cetain problems that are going on in the world today. There also more pictures on the website that shows you different things that are going on in the world today and what Obama wants to do to change that. i like this website and i will tune into it more often.
i think that it is interesting that obama is like trying to have people connect more with the gtovernment. Also he is showing people that he is really trying to get out there and havae the people who didnt support him support him. Also like he is good with technology and i think that plays a big role in our society. LIke he knows a good way to connect with everyone

I like how Barack Obama is doing this because now more people would know whats going and like the question said it would be linking people more directly to government. To answer the question it would be effective because more people would be aware of what Barack Obama wants to do and how everything is going on. Also this is interesting because it shows that Obama cares about the people and wants us to be informed instead of us trying to find out, we will already have a reliable source. This does make me want to get involved because it gets me informed and on his other website it had what he wanted to do and his biography but now I'll actually know whats going on.
Making this website was a good idea because it does help people know what's going on in the government. This website connects with the people. People are able to give their thoughts on the webiste. It is effective because it brings people closer to their government. Unlike the other websites it gives more then just biography it explains to the people exactly what is going on in words that people can understand. They can also give people ways how to help out. The website was very interesting. The website does make me want to get involved and now I know how to get involved.
I think that this article would be effective if they made it more known. None of my family members knew what I was talking about when I brought it up.. well they do now but I think that it would be beneficial for people to know that he does have a website that he updates daily. There were so many peopel rooting for him to win and I know that they would want to know what he is up to. I know that I am curious and I like his website and the little inside stuff they put on there like how they celebrated Biden's brithday. This is a great way for people to see what the man behind the change has done to begin to fulfill the promises that he has made to the people of the US.
That idea is actually really good. It is evident that Obama's transition team understands that technology is really important in today's society, and they are using it to their full advantage through this website.
I think that it is an effective way to link the American citizens with the government. I really like how, in the "Learn" section, they introduce every single person who currently has a part in Obama's administration. I also like how they put their agenda in very simple terms that people can understand. I think that it is also really great that normal people can write their opinions and potentially have them posted somewhere on the website. One really interesting thing I saw prominently displayed on the main page was a link to see what you could do to help with the fires in California.
This website is a really good resource that can help the American people learn how government's workings affect them and what they can do to help. It lets people know that regular people can get involved in government and shows them simple ways.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE BIDEN!!
I now know that November 20 is Joe Biden's birthday. Personally, I wasn't all too impressed with the website. The overall layout of the website initially looked very boring and so nothing really caught my eye. However aside from the plain website, it was a very informative site. There was individual links to things such as the agenda that was very up to date, so it was very helpful in that way.
After looking at the website, I am impressed. This website is very informative and easy to use. This website is effective because it gives many whom use this website information. Yes, it does make want to get involved because there is section if one will like to volunteer for something. This is a great website to connect other about what is going on. Overall, more people should know about this website to be informed.
I did not even know that President-Elect Obama had a website but now I know. After looking at some links of the website, I personally though that they were effective. If I have something in mind, on what Barack Obama believes in I could probably go into this website and find out. Interesting huh!Also, the links are short, and it will enable more people to know what Obama thinks. If it wasn't because it was posted in the blog, I would not probably have known that Obama had a website. I think that they should spread the word, so people could know that he has one, or else it will be pointless if people do not know that he has a website.Overall, I really like the website,but I think that the home page needs to be more interesting (creative?), but other than that it explains the information clearly.
I will probably look at this website once in a while to see what he plans to do on certain issues, or what news are posted.

I think this website by Obama's transition team was an excellent idea. It will help to connect the people of the United States closer to the federal government becuase everything is written in very simple terms. This guarantees that people will understand everything much better. I think that because people will be able to understand things better they will want to get more involved. Personally, it did not motivate me to become more involved in the government.
