I find it extremely interesting how different each president's first few actions are. Without seeing this information, I would guess that each president's action would be very similar. Starting with being sworn in, then addressing Congress and greeting his Cabinet, and taking some time to adjust. However, many presidents started working on major issues a few days after they officially took office.
Since every president's first action was their inauguration - because they must be sworn in before they can do anything as president - I assume that this will be Obama's first as well. I believe that Obama's biggest issue is the war in Iraq. Therefore, I can speculate that he will attack this issue first by bringing the troops home.
