I'm glad that the solution seems to be resolving itself mostly becuase it gets exhausting to have to hear about civilians, the vast majority of which are children, dying while the Israeli army is suffering minimal losses. The dire hospital situation just intensified this, becuase many of the civilian losses have resulted from lack of proper facilities. I do wonder about the declaration of the ceasefire from the UN Security Council actually had, becuase what possible motive had there been for it if both the Hamas militant group and Israel rejected it. Regardless of that though, as long as the bombings and other attacks stop and a political compromise comes about, hopefully with some monetary compensation, Israel can afford to help the people who have sustained injuries and donate to families who have unnecessarily lost loved ones.
