I think that debate from yesterday night was so intense because it was the last debate and both senators were nervous. I think this is going to be a hard decision. I mean both had good things to say and hd good ideas. Real talk, i think Obamma is going to win becase he knew what he was talking about. McCain was just saying what he wants to do and was just contradicting Obamma. I think Obamma is going to win because in the ranking he had more than McCain.
I thought that the last debate last night was pretty good. I just think that John McCain kept on contradicting what Barack Obama had to say all the time. He always tried to make Obama look dumb, or to make him seem that what he was saying was bad, but apparently it didn't work. The reason that is because whenever McCain tried to contradict or make Obama look bad he wouldn't mind, he just always laughed about and brushed it to the side. Or he would always say something back to what McCain had to say about him and make him look pretty dumb and put him in his place. I think that Obama won, I'm not saying that just because I like him and would vote for him but because he made a good point in everything he had to say, always talked back to McCain when he would try to put Obama down, and he had good ideas for our nation. McCain did alright in the debate though. I think this debate will change the race because I was watching what people had to say after the debate and it showed that Obama was ahead of McCain by A LOT !!!! and McCain barely had anything.
I though the debate was pretty interesting. I thought it was a bit heated. They first started to talk about “Joe the Plumber” and that is when we could see that Barack Obama and John McCain strongly disagree. Both were good but I thought Barack Obama was better because he kept his cool whenever John Mc Cain accused him of something, He defended himself very well and I really liked how he responded. From reading articles and hearing other people’s opinions, people liked Obama’s responses better than McCain. I think this debate will change some of the views of people. After looking at the news polls say that Obama is winning, especially after yesterday’s debate. I’ve been hearing also from other sources that McCain didn’t do much to convince the undecided voters and was unclear on some of the things he said. Even though Obama is leading the polls, it will be interesting to see who is going to win because the polls seem to be close.
Last night I watched the third and last presidential debate. I felt that Obama won this debate. This is because i felt that McCain was just attacking Obama, he was really aggressive and instead of explaining his plan he just kept bad mouthing Obama. My mom and I watched the debate together and we both felt the same way. I don't think this was Obama's strongest debate, but i think that he did better than McCain. I am really anxious to see who will win the 2008 election, but i hope that Obama wins.
I will say the same thing that I stated in my debatewatcher. I was very disappointed with this debate because I feel as though I did not get to see the true stance on any of the issues from either candidate. Instead of talking about the actual issues at hand, they were pointing fingers at one another. Also, John McCain, a very mature man in age, didn’t act his age at all nor did he act respectful of Senator Obama. Now I’m not saying that Obama didn’t do the same thing, however it was more evident when John McCain was doing it because he was always interrupting Obama or completely disregarding what he was saying. I really don’t feel as though either of the candidates won, nor would I vote for either of them solely based on this last debate. I was very disappointed.
I thought that the last debate was pretty good.I watched it with my cousin and we both agrees on some aspects of the debate. I think that both candidates did a great job in defending themselves. They both supported what they said.
I thought that the last debate was really intense. Both candidates, I personally think did a very good job while talking about the issue. The topic that I enjoyed to watch the most, which I thought was the climax of the debate was when they each were talking about each others campaign and how each campaign made the opposing candidate look bad. I thought that the debate was going to be boring, but it turned out it was actually fun to watch. Also, it was interesting to see how candidates were each facing each other.
I think the last debate was very intense. This was their last chance to show every Americans what they stand for. Most of the time, I believe they weren't answering the questions and how they feel about the issue. Sen McCain would always bring up "John the Plummer" into every answer as much as he could. I think even with all the hostile questions Sen. McCain had for Sen. Obama, he still keep his composure. This is why I believe Sen. obama won that debate. I think it might effect the race, but not too much. I think this because the news said there wasn't a big change for voters after the debate, but things can change and so can people's mind.
I feel that the debate last night was a good one. It seemed to show what each person had to offer and how they backed up their plans. McCain seemed to have more to say, more in plan for our country, even putting the factor of the current debt in his plans. McCain looks more like a better candidate in this way. Obama had a lot of good plans, but they didn't seem reasonable for the current financial state of our country. His plans would need billions of dollars to fund. Both candidates had good ideas that would help the country and its people. Obama had one about raising wages for teachers in return for good quality results in their students. There was a negative to McCain which was the fact that he made many negative comments and accusations against Obama. But, I guess that's politics.
i liked the debate yesterday because i saw how intense their confrontation was. i think Obama won though because he wasn't as repetitive as Mccain. also i felt that Mccain was focusing mainly on the negative advertisement that was being said. unlike mMcain obama actually wanted to focus on the questions that were being answered. i also thought that McCain was contradicting Obama by trying to be sarcastic and make fun of whatever commentary he would say.Overall i think Obama is a very eloquent speaker that won the debate.
I think that the last debate showed that Obama is the better candidate. John McCain avoided answering a lot of the questions and instead resorted to criticizing Obama. Obama on the other hand took the criticism and and defended himself elequently, instead of criticizing McCain back. It really bothered me how John McCain just kept asking Obama questions, instead of answering the questions given to him by the moderator. If I was old enough to vote, my vote would probably go to Obama, especially after that debate.
What do you think? Who won? Do you think this will change the race at all?
I thought the the debate went well. They both did good but i thought Obama did better. I think it was the best debate out of all three of them. I think Obama won because he stuck with the issues more and McCain was very rude. He kept inturrupting Obama while he was talking and sometimes even the moderator. Also McCain never was really looking at Obama when he talked so i thought that was also a little rude. McCain was also seemed to be getting very upset. McCain kept trying to talk about the bad or mean campaigning going on and Obama told him i don't think the people care much about that lets get back to the topic. I think the debate was very intence though like i actually stayed awake for the whole entire debate and the other ones i kinda feel asleep in. I don't really get your question "will this change the race at all?". I think it means do you think it changed peoples opinions about who they want to vote for my anwser is no i don't think it changed people opinions. It actually made me want Obama to win more. GO OBAMA. I think he will win =)
After watching the last presidential debate I would have to say that I was very disappointed in both candidates. Neither of the candidates maintained their professional conduct the entire time. McCain would always make faces when Obama said something that he didn't agree with or was constantly interrupting. While I feel Obama did a better job at maintaining his compusre he did slip a few times. I also thought it was a bit ridiculous how almost every single question seemed to go back to "joe the plumber". I found it pretty funny that they were both fighting for the man's vote on national television. While I see how Jow the plumber could have been used figuratively for all American's in his position it just seemed funny that both candidates kept refering back to him. I also thought that there was more tension during this debate than any other. You could tell that both candidates weren't happy and a few of the comments that were could have been done without. I also feel that neither candidate was truly open when answering the question. If I had to pick between John McCain and Barack Obama I would say that Obama won. I believe that Obama won only becuase he stayed closer to the topic when answering the questions, he waited his turn more often than McCain and during the debate he did not make as many rude comments and did not "bash" John McCain's running mate the way McCain bashed his.
After watching the last debate, I would have to say that Obama won because i saw that he was explaining things more in detail while McCain was mostly criticizing what Obama was saying and switching his word around. I think it was immature of Mccain to be doing that and it made him look bad. I dont think this will change the race in terms of "joe the plumber".
